Ashley Pyers Memorial

On June 14, 2021—what would have been Ashley M. Pyers’ birthday—Middlesex Township dedicated a memorial in her honor at the Township Park.

The project was funded by donations in Ashley’s name.  Ashley had been a longtime Summer Playground counselor. The memorial consists of a “friendship gathering” area with park benches, designed to reflect her friendly nature by encouraging visitors to sit and talk.
