Baseball Field Reservations & Scheduling
Middlesex Township offers baseball field rentals at Middlesex Township Park, located at 50 Beagle Club Road. Local organizations, leagues, and teams interested in reserving a field for the upcoming season must complete a Middlesex Township Request for Use Form and submit it by the required deadline. All requests will be reviewed, and field assignments will be made with the goal of accommodating as many teams as possible. Due to demand and field availability, requested dates, times, and field locations cannot be guaranteed.
Important Dates for the 2026 Season
- February 2, 2026 – Request for Use Forms due
- February 13, 2026 – Township confirmations issued
- March 2, 2026 – Fees and insurance certificates due

Field Use Requests
When completing the Request for Use Form, coaches must indicate under Section #4 – Field Use whether they are requesting fields for the:
Spring/Summer Season
March through July 18
The seasonal rental fee is $200 per field for one day per week. Additional days may be added for $50 per day.
Example:
A team reserving Field #1 on both Tuesday and Thursday during the Spring/Summer season would pay:
$200 (first day) + $50 (second day) = $250
Summer/Fall Season
July 19 through October 31
The seasonal rental fee structure remains the same:
- $200 per field for one day per week
- $50 for each additional day per week
Fees & Payment Information
No deposits are required.
All rental fees must be paid by March 2, 2026 and may be submitted by:
- Cash
- Check payable to Middlesex Township
Please include the team name and coach’s name in the memo line of all checks.
Insurance Requirements
All organizations and teams must provide a current Certificate of Insurance along with payment by March 2, 2026.
Insurance certificates and rental fees must be received and approved by the Township prior to any field use.
Field Assignment Process
Following review of all requests, coaches will receive confirmation of field assignments by February 13, 2026. The Township will make every effort to accommodate requested schedules while balancing the needs of all organizations using the facilities.
