Recreation Building
The Recreation Building offers a welcoming indoor venue ideal for meetings, parties, and special events throughout the year. The spacious room features a cozy fireplace, a full kitchen, and seating accommodations for up to 50 guests with tables and chairs provided. Its comfortable atmosphere makes it a popular choice for family gatherings, celebrations, and community meetings.
Recreation Building Rental Fees
- Resident: $140 plus a $100 refundable security deposit*
- Non-Resident: $200 plus a $100 refundable security deposit*
Located within Middlesex Township Park, the Pavilion provides a beautiful outdoor setting overlooking the countryside, splash pad, playground, and surrounding park amenities. The Pavilion includes 16 picnic tables and is conveniently located near playground equipment and adult swings, making it an excellent choice for picnics, reunions, company outings, and community events.
Pavilion Rental Fees
- Resident: $75 plus a $50 refundable security deposit*
- Non-Resident: $125 plus a $50 refundable security deposit*
- Non-Profit Organization: $50 plus a $50 refundable security deposit*
- Companies/Businesses: $200 plus a $200 refundable security deposit*
Security Deposits
All refundable security deposits must be paid in cash only.
Reserve a Facility
Both facilities are located at 50 Beagle Club Road, Carlisle, PA, within Middlesex Township Park. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Early reservations are encouraged, especially during the spring and summer months.
