Carlisle Family YMCA instructor, Bob Romanoski leads our Yoga Class. It is suitable for all fitness levels. No experience is needed. You learn the basic poses and breathing techniques to help you reduce stress and relax. This class takes place on Thursdays, 6:15 – 7:15 pm, at the Recreation Building located at 50 Beagle Club Road in Carlisle. For session dates and cost; call Denise Jumper, Recreation Director at 717-249-4409. Even if the session has started you can still participate, just call the the office and speak with Denise for a pro-rated fee today.

SPRING SESSION 2020: Our 8 class session is March 12,19, 26 and April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30. The cost for this session is $40/person. The Limit for this class is 16 Participants. Registration & payment must be received at the Township before class participation .
